Each picture had a brief bio of the lifestyle of each twin. I noticed that one hundred percent of the time, the twin that had regular use of certain medications, especially birth control or hormone related medications, and / or more frequent use of alcohol than their twin, looked considerably older.


Not everyone has a twin to be able to do that thorough of a comparison. What you do have, is the benefit of applying their comparisons to you personally. Do you have puffy saggy skin? Is your complexion blotchy or red? Is your skin paper thin and not quite as radiant as it used to be?
